Assurance for UK social landlord
Gentoo Group is a social landlord that builds, manages and rents homes in Sunderland. Since 2010, Two Tomorrows has provided independent assurance of Gentoo's environmental report. In addition to providing observations on the report, we also undertook a limited verification of reported performance data through reviews of internal records of collated data and reports by external consultants, for example to support elements of the estimated carbon footprint.
