Strategy development for Danish shipping line
We are working with DFDS to help the Danish shipping and logistics company develop a new sustainability strategy.
The starting point of our work was to use our Tomorrow’s Value Rating methodology to benchmark the company’s current CR programme and performance against that of competitors and leaders in sustainability. The result was a clear picture of the company’s strengths and areas for improvement.
This was followed by work with DFDS to identify all its stakeholders, understand their concerns and provide an in-depth analysis of material issues. This will form the basis of the company’s new sustainability strategy, which we are helping to draw up.
In parallel, we also provided support to DFDS in the development of the CR section of its 2011 annual report.
